Derailer Bicycle Collective

Derailer Bicycle Collective is Denver's free non-profit bike workshop. Run completely on donations, the collective makes owning a bike a reality for the underprivileged and flat broke citizen. If you are in need of a bike and can afford a purchase from craigslist or a thrift store you are encouraged to do so to keep the possibility of a free bike open for a someone else, but you can always bring in your ride to work on.
The shop has an open workshop on Thursdays and Fridays from 3 - 7pm and a special open workshop for gender queer, trans gendered, or gender variant women on Tuesdays from 4 - 7pm.
Derailer is always accepting donations of bikes, parts, tools, and cash money. If you have old bikes or parts and don't want to deal with trying to sell them, swing them by the shop during open shop hours. You are encouraged to take full advantage of this community bike program but at the same time do your part to help sustain its existence. Ride On!
