I just saw this guy in Albertson's and wanted to do a case study as people often mistake pure functionality for creepiness. Let me break it down for you; Orange hunting suit - because it's cold out (fall in Colorado) and, the bright color makes him clearly visible to motorists. Fanny Pack - because his pockets are ripped out (I saw). And, bike inside the store - because bad folks steal bikes. Verdict: Bike conscious citizen on a late night graham cracker run!
